Pre Workout 5 Min Dynamic Warm Up

We’ve all heard you need to warm up before working out.. Essentially warming up your muscles and joints, starting circulation and increasing your heart rate. Priming your body is truly a vital step that many skip or don’t do properly.
I’ve tried many, after years of subscribing to women’s fitness magazines, searching YouTube, checking out different websites and literature.. I’ve found one I truly like.
Again, it only takes 5 mins and you’re prepping your body for work to avoid injury later.
Attached is the video of this goober explaining the steps, but hang strong, he’s got a great warmup!
Grab an index card and jot the few movements down so you can throw it in your gym bag!
